Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)—Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Alberta courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

 

Clarification on "Lifetime Subscription" Term

When we reference a "Lifetime Subscription," we are basing this on the projected lifespan of the cellular network that our services operate on, which we anticipate to be around 10 years. We firmly commit to supporting our services for this duration. Should the network exceed this lifespan, we will strive to continue providing our services beyond this point. However, it's important to note that should the network sunset before the 10-year mark, we cannot be held accountable.

In addition, please be aware that our "Lifetime Subscription" pertains to the service we provide and not the physical hardware. Our hardware warranty extends for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Beyond that period, we cannot guarantee the functionality of the hardware. It's crucial to distinguish that the "Lifetime Subscription" does not equate to a lifetime hardware warranty. We highly recommend regular maintenance and care of the hardware to ensure its longevity.

About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the Website or other Services available through the Website.  This may be, for example, to reflect changes in the law or changes to the Website, services provided and information existing on the Website.  You should review the terms regularly.  We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page.  Changes will not apply retroactively and will become immediately upon being posted.
